Job Summary

To provide consulting services remotely, the part-time 1099 Nurse Practitioner Clinical Reviewer will review patient data, develop care plans, and recommend treatment modifications while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient data reports for accuracy and appropriateness in relation to medical history and care plans
• Develop and recommend care plans based on patient medical history and health status
• Identify patients at risk for health decline and support clinical knowledge enhancement for team members

Required qualifications

• Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (Adult or Family) education and certification
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in at least 5 states
• Active and non-restricted nursing license
• Knowledge in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and video conferencing platforms
