Multi-State Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Multi-State Licensed Nurse Practitioners or APRNs with at least 1 year of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) experience, the remote part-time or full-time position focuses on conducting virtual consultations, developing treatment plans, and managing HRT protocols for patients seeking hormone optimization and wellness care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations and develop evidence-based treatment plans for hormone optimization
• Review labs, diagnose hormone imbalances, and initiate/manage HRT protocols
• Provide patient education on risks, benefits, and long-term care strategies while maintaining compliant documentation

Required qualifications

• Active NP or APRN license in a minimum of 8 U.S. states
• Active, unrestricted DEA license with the ability to prescribe controlled substances
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Experience treating both male and female patients
• Strong understanding of endocrine health and preventative care protocols
