Multi-State Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide high-quality, patient-centered virtual primary care, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage chronic conditions, and deliver wellness counseling, working remotely with a flexible schedule that includes a weekend rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evidence-based treatment for patients across various ages and backgrounds
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions while providing preventive care and health education
• Produce clear and efficient encounter visit notes that reflect strong medical decision-making and care plans

Required qualifications

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years of primary care experience, including adults and pediatrics
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licenses in a minimum of 7 states, including at least 2 of California, Texas, or Florida
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire
• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
