Multi-State Licensed Oncology RN Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology RN Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assess patients' current health status
• Identify gaps or barriers in treatment plans and coordinate care for members
• Provide patient education and document findings related to disease processes

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license with the ability to obtain multiple state licenses
• 3+ years of recent Oncology experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Recent chemotherapy administration experience
• Computer proficiency, including data entry skills and navigating a Windows environment
• Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace for home office setup
