Job Summary

A company is looking for an Orthopedic Nurse Case Manager RN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information to members to enhance their care experience, including cost savings and quality pairing with healthcare providers
• Conduct telephonic case management assessments during pre-operative and post-operative phases of orthopedic surgery
• Identify treatment plan gaps and coordinate ongoing care with healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• Ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses
• 3+ years of recent orthopedic experience with a focus on neck, shoulder, back, hip, and knee conditions
• Computer proficiency, including navigating Microsoft Windows
• Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace from home
