Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi Licensed Remote Physical Therapist- Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized leadership and guidance to patients in restoring function and reducing pain
• Develop care plans and motivate patients to achieve their health goals
• Document patient care services and evaluate treatment outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in at least 2 of the following states: IN, MN, NE, OK, DE
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as a physical therapist
• A graduate degree in physical therapy preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications
• Able to work 30-60 minutes per day at the candidate's discretion
