Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across acute, primary, and longevity care through messaging
• Collaborate with the clinical team on guidelines, peer review, and safety measures
• Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical tools and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience in urgent care, ER, or primary care
• Active medical license with preference for multi-state licensure
• Interest in acute, primary, and longevity care
• Comfort with virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based patient interactions
