Multi-State Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

Providing exceptional virtual patient care, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Primary Care Physician will conduct video and telephonic appointments, order tests, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure high-quality primary care services remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual primary care services through video and phone communication channels
• Order laboratory tests, refer patients to specialists, and prescribe medications as needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with health information privacy laws while documenting medical records accurately

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
• 5+ years of post-residency experience as a Primary Care Physician in a clinical setting
• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in a minimum of 3 states
• ABMS board certification in primary care or related field
• No disciplinary actions within the last 5 years
