Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse, the full-time remote Care Advisor will provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services while engaging with a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and triage using telecommunications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Utilize critical thinking to identify patient care needs, risk factors, and appropriate healthcare referrals
• Adhere to nursing standards and company policies while processing calls based on Quality Management guidelines

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as required
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, with a preference for experience in ER, adult and pediatric care, or acute care settings
• Ability to effectively manage multiple computer programs simultaneously and apply clinical knowledge to meet business standards
• Bilingual skills are a plus
