Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse

Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse will conduct telephonic clinical assessments, provide health education, and manage utilization services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments and triage using telecommunications in accordance with established protocols
• Identify patient care needs and make appropriate healthcare referrals based on clinical guidelines
• Ensure compliance with quality management guidelines and maintain performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and good standing
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with preferred experience in ER, medical/surgical, or home health
• Ability to work evenings and at least two weekend shifts every two weeks
• Experience with telephone triage and bilingual skills are a plus
