Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse

Job Summary

To support a remote nurse helpline, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse will manage patient inquiries, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while working rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and support leadership in safety and departmental policies
• Integrate age-specific and culturally inclusive concepts into patient care while demonstrating clinical judgment and advocacy
• Participate in shared governance and collaborate with the team in decision-making regarding patient issues

Required qualifications

• Associate/Diploma prepared RN from an accredited institution with 2+ years of experience; BSN or MSN preferred
• Multi-State RN License required from Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana
• Must reside in the Tri-State area (OH, KY, IN)
• 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing code
