Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse, the full-time position will provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services remotely while engaging with a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and triage using telecommunications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Identify patient care needs and provide appropriate health education and referrals based on clinical assessments
• Ensure compliance with quality management guidelines and performance metrics while maintaining regular attendance and timely completion of duties

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and ability to maintain a multi-state license
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ER, adult and pediatric care, or acute settings
• Experience with telephone triage and understanding of health benefit plans is advantageous
• Ability to effectively use multiple computer programs simultaneously and manage time efficiently
