Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Providing telephonic clinical assessments and health education, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse will engage with patients remotely, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills to deliver quality care while adhering to established protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and triage using telecommunications in accordance with established algorithms and guidelines
• Identify patient care needs and provide appropriate health care referrals and education
• Ensure compliance with quality management guidelines and maintain performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and good standing home state RN license
• Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in acute care settings
• Ability to work evenings and at least two weekend shifts every two weeks
• Experience with telephone triage and bilingual skills are a plus
