Key Responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and resolve claims appropriately
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses preferred (TX or FL); willing to obtain others as required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
