Job Summary

A company is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage patients based on vitals and alerts
• Respond to inbound patient clinical questions and follow standardized triage protocols
• Document patient care and follow up on abnormal readings and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• RN compact multi-state license and at least one additional state license (CA, MI, IL, or AK)
• 3+ years of experience treating patients with chronic conditions
• Passion for improving healthcare through digital innovation
• Ability to work independently in a less structured environment
