Multi-State Licensed RN Telehealth Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Overnight Telehealth Administrator on Call, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with telehealth providers to ensure appropriate patients receive telemedicine services
• Oversee provider queue and support technical issues for the telehealth provider team
• Monitor EMR for clinical lab requests and maintain documentation of encounters with facility nurses

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid RN license and be willing to be licensed in multiple states
• Strong clinical assessment and medical triage skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
