Multi-State Licensed RN Telehealth Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Telehealth Administrator on Call, Remote, PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with telehealth providers to ensure appropriate patients receive telemedicine services
• Monitor EMR to triage routine clinical lab requests and oversee provider queue in Never Alone
• Provide health education and ensure excellent customer experience to foster high satisfaction/retention

Required Qualifications

• Must have valid RN or LPN license
• Willingness to be licensed in the seven states served (Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky)
• Training or clinical experience in geriatrics, primary care/internal medicine, and/or ED or urgent care preferred
• 3+ years clinical experience
• Experience working in a collaborative healthcare setting to drive positive outcomes
