Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Telephone Triage (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's symptoms using physician-written algorithms
• Provide home care instructions and document all interactions in the appropriate software
• Guide patients on levels of care and consult with physicians as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Flexibility with scheduling and ability to handle confidential information
• Professional telephone voice and excellent listening skills
