Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi-State Licensed Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and certify ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys across multiple U.S. states
• Ensure compliance with ALTA and NSPS standards while interpreting legal descriptions and producing boundary surveys
• Collaborate with project managers, title companies, and legal teams to support closing timelines and due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in multiple states (minimum of 2 required)
• In-depth knowledge of ALTA standards, land title requirements, and boundary principles
• Experience in managing remote survey workflows and coordinating field crews
• Proficiency with survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
• Familiarity with reviewing title commitments and interpreting legal documents related to property boundaries
