Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Administrator on Call, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate telehealth services and communicate with onsite nursing teams for patient care
• Monitor EMR for clinical requests and maintain documentation of encounters
• Provide health education and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license and willingness to be licensed in six states
• Strong clinical assessment and medical triage skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Compassionate approach to patient care with good technology aptitude
