Multi-State Licensed Telehealth Physician Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Multi-State Licensed Telehealth Physician Lead, the full-time remote position will provide clinical oversight and leadership for a telehealth care program, conducting virtual visits, leading shared medical appointments, and mentoring a team of physicians while refining workflows for high-quality care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial telehealth visits to assess medical needs and care gaps
• Lead shared medical appointments for group-based clinical care and education
• Build and develop a high-performing clinical team, providing mentorship and professional development

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted licensure in multiple states, including Pennsylvania, California, Arizona, Texas, South Carolina, New Mexico, and New Jersey
• Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
• Experience managing or overseeing other clinicians, including delivering constructive feedback
• Deep understanding of community health and Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)
• Telehealth experience required
