Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine Primary Care Physician specializing in Metabolic Health & Weight Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care via telehealth, focusing on weight management, diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic health
• Evaluate and manage patients for medical weight loss, including the initiation and management of GLP-1 receptor agonists
• Develop personalized care plans and monitor patient progress using data-driven approaches

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least 40 U.S. states
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required; ABOM certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience in chronic disease management, particularly obesity, diabetes, and hypertension
• Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1 therapies or willingness to adopt obesity medicine protocols
• Experience with telemedicine platforms and delivering high-quality virtual care
