Job Summary
To support a growing telemedicine practice, the part-time contracted Multi-State Licensed Telemedicine Physician will provide direct patient care, focusing on patient-centered consultations and managing acute and chronic conditions remotely on weekends.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing direct, patient-centered care with an emphasis on shared decision-making during scheduled shifts
- Meeting turnaround times for visits and messages, ensuring prompt responses to urgent care needs
- Completing and maintaining patient records in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines
Required qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License in South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, and additional states preferred
- Graduated from an accredited allopathic US Medical School and board-certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- Current DEA registration and competency in patient evaluation and treatment
- Experience in women's reproductive health and obesity medicine is preferred
- Proficient with electronic health record management systems and Google Workspace
