Job Summary

Offering flexible scheduling options, the full-time or part-time Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN will assess patient symptoms, deliver health education, and guide patients to appropriate care levels while working remotely during evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians as needed to ensure appropriate patient care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills for effective patient assessment
