Job Summary

Offering flexible scheduling options, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN will assess patient symptoms, provide health education, and facilitate appropriate care levels while working remotely during evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians and assist in directing patients to the appropriate level of care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• At least 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use and typing a minimum of 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
