Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time and part-time Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN will assess patient symptoms, deliver health education, and guide patients to appropriate care levels using clinical algorithms, with a focus on evening and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians and assist in directing patients to the appropriate level of care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to extract key patient information
