Job Summary

Offering full-time and part-time opportunities for evenings and weekends, the Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN will work remotely to assess patient symptoms, deliver health education, and guide patients to appropriate care using clinical algorithms.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians as needed to ensure appropriate patient care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• At least 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use and typing at least 25 words per minute
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to accurately gather patient information
