Job Summary

Offering full-time and part-time opportunities for evenings and weekends, the Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN will assess patient symptoms, provide health education, and facilitate appropriate care access while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians as needed to ensure appropriate patient care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer usage with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to extract key patient information
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information
