Job Summary

Offering full-time and part-time opportunities for a Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN, this remote position focuses on assessing patient symptoms, delivering health education, and guiding patients to appropriate care levels, with a requirement for evening and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians as needed and assist in directing patients to the appropriate level of care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to extract key information from patients
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information
