Job Summary

Offering full-time and part-time opportunities for a Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN, this remote position focuses on assessing patient symptoms, delivering health education, and facilitating appropriate care while working evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms to guide patient care
• Deliver and document health education to help patients manage their symptoms
• Consult with physicians as needed to ensure patients receive appropriate care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• At least 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information
