Job Summary

Offering full-time and part-time opportunities for Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RNs, this remote position focuses on assessing patient symptoms, delivering health education, and guiding patients to appropriate care levels, with a requirement for evening and weekend availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians as needed to ensure appropriate patient care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer use and typing at least 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
