Multi-State Licensed Transmission Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and execution of overhead transmission projects, the Senior Multi-State Licensed Transmission Engineer will manage engineering teams and client interactions while working remotely or from various Southeast regional offices, with both full-time and part-time options available.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project execution layouts and manage engineers, drafters, and designers on engineering projects
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, conducting regular meetings to outline deliverables and tasks
- Support resource forecasting and participate in business planning and budgeting activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline
- Multi-state engineer license required
- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and civil design
- Extensive knowledge in PLS-CADD and design of overhead High Voltage and Extra High Voltage transmission lines
- Experience managing projects and leading multi-disciplined teams
