Multi-State Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advocacy 24/7 Triage Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides telephonic assessment and treatment recommendations for injured workers using national triage protocols
• Recommends appropriate providers based on state law and employer's network requirements
• Documents clinical assessments and communicates care plans to relevant contacts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Current RN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state with multistate designation
• 3 or more years of clinical experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, emergency room, or ICU
• Telephone triage or Workers' Compensation experience preferred
• Ability to maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse in all 50 states and the District of Columbia
