Multi-State Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

To support a dedicated team providing after-hours care, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Triage Nurse will evaluate patient symptoms, provide clinical advice, and coordinate care remotely while being available for evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient symptoms and determine urgency
• Provide clinical advice and direct care based on established protocols
• Document assessments and care recommendations accurately

Required Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• 1+ year of experience in triage nursing, ER, physician office, or medical call center preferred
• Active RN license in one of the following states: PA, WV, NY, MD, or OH
• Current BLS or CPR certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to give safe, accurate advice
