Job Summary
To improve healthcare access and quality, the Multi-State Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, requiring at least 3 years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings, while working full-time, part-time, or modified full-time in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop and document treatment plans, and manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions
- Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans while maintaining current knowledge of clinical best practices
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained Registered Nurse licensure and current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active RN compact license and multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Strong clinical acumen with the ability to manage a broad range of conditions across various age groups
