Multi-State Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To improve healthcare access and quality, a Multi-State Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, working remotely in a full-time or part-time capacity, while managing a wide range of conditions and collaborating with provider teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating various conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, developing and documenting treatment plans accurately and timely
• Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans while maintaining current knowledge of clinical best practices

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in accordance with state requirements
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
• Active RN compact license and multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
