Multi-State Licensed Virtual Physician

Job Summary

To support a high-volume virtual care environment, the part-time contract Virtual Urgent Care Physician will conduct remote urgent care visits, apply clinical judgment for patient management, and utilize advanced technology for efficient care delivery across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual urgent care visits for patients with acute or episodic conditions
• Review patient summaries and apply clinical judgment to approve or modify care plans
• Document all patient encounters accurately within the electronic platform

Required qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licenses to practice in at least 30 U.S. states
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine or virtual urgent care
• Proficiency in navigating telemedicine platforms and technology-mediated patient interactions
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills for managing high-volume patient encounters
• Ability to commit to a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends
