Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Licensing Specialist to manage clinician licensing processes across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end clinician licensing workflows across multiple states
• Manage high-volume licensing pipelines, ensuring timelines are met and risks are flagged early
• Communicate with state licensing boards to resolve issues and track licensing progress

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinician licensing, provider enrollment, or credentialing
• Direct experience managing multi-state clinician licensing processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously across different states
• Strong understanding of state licensing board processes and documentation requirements
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort maintaining trackers and reporting
