Multi-State Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

To support rapid growth in provider licensing, the full-time Multi-State Licensing Specialist will manage the renewal and application processes for provider licenses across multiple states, ensuring compliance and timely submissions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Track expiration dates and submit renewal applications ahead of deadlines to maintain a zero lapse record
• Manage the full application process for new state licenses, including gathering necessary documentation and following up with state boards
• Serve as the primary contact with the licensing vendor and state regulatory boards to resolve issues and ensure compliance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multi-state licensing/credentialing with a track record of maintaining 50+ active licenses
• 2+ years of experience managing an external vendor relationship with accountability for deliverables
• 2+ years of direct correspondence with state regulatory/licensing boards across at least 5 states
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements without oversight
• Knowledge of state nursing boards and their individual licensing requirements
