Multi-State Medical Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the medical licensing and credentialing processes, the full-time Medical Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications, maintain licensing matrices, and conduct verifications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain necessary licensure and privileges for providers, ensuring compliance with state regulations
• Maintain and update licensing matrices and the CAQH Provider System with accurate information
• Conduct external research and create Primary Source Verification (PSV) Reports for providers

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recent multi-state experience in medical licensing application processing
• Expertise in multi-state medical licensing and fingerprinting processes
• Credentialing Certification or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
