Multi-State NP for Hormone Therapy

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth organization, remote 1099 NPs or APRNs specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy will conduct virtual consultations, develop treatment plans, and manage hormone therapy protocols for male and female patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations for hormone optimization and wellness care
• Review labs, diagnose hormone imbalances, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Initiate and manage HRT protocols, including appropriate prescribing and follow-up

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience
• Active NP or APRN licenses in a minimum of 6 U.S. states
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Experience treating both male and female patients
• Strong understanding of endocrine health and preventative care
