Multi-State NP Hormone Therapy

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth organization, remote 1099 NPs or APRNs specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy will conduct virtual consultations, diagnose hormone imbalances, and manage treatment plans for patients across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations for hormone optimization and wellness care
• Review lab results, diagnose hormone imbalances, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Initiate and manage HRT protocols, including prescribing and follow-up care

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience
• Active NP or APRN licenses in at least 6 U.S. states
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Experience treating both male and female patients
• Strong understanding of endocrine health and preventative care protocols
