Multi-State Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide prescriptive services as part of a medical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
- Collaborate with admin and support staff to review customer prescription requests
- Formulate prescription plans and conduct phone and video consultations
Required Qualifications
- Practitioner license in good standing in 2+ states
- Willingness to apply for additional licenses
- Minimum of 20 hours per week availability
- Experience as a nurse practitioner for at least one year
- Familiarity with technology and online tools
