Multi-State Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with some mental health experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions
• Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
• Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active NP/PA license
• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, with significant experience in mental health
• Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
• Must be able to work at least 16 weekend hours a month
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
