Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy (Telehealth) 1099.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations for hormone optimization and wellness care
• Review labs, diagnose hormone imbalances, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Initiate and manage HRT protocols, including appropriate prescribing and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Active NP license in a minimum of 10 U.S. states, with preference for California, Texas, New York, and Colorado
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience
• Experience treating both male and female patients
• Strong understanding of endocrine health and preventative care
