Multi-State Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing digital healthcare practice, the full-time Multi-State Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive clinical care through remote consultations, educate patients on treatment options, and oversee follow-up care while maintaining accurate electronic health records.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care through text-based and video-based consultations
• Educate patients on suitable treatments and personalized care plans
• Oversee patient follow-ups for ongoing care programs and maintain accurate electronic health records

Required qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nursing program with a specialization in Family Practice
• Current, unencumbered FNP license in multiple states
• Board certification in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through the ANCC
• 2+ years of experience as an NP, with demonstrated experience in telehealth
• Primary care and urgent care experience with the ability to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
