Multi-State Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing empathetic virtual care, the full-time Multi-State Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive assessments and manage chronic conditions for patients through video visits and secure messaging while working remotely on weekends from 6 AM to 6 PM PST.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment for patients across various ages and backgrounds
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions while providing preventive care and wellness counseling
• Produce clear encounter visit notes demonstrating strong medical decision-making and well-structured care plans

Required qualifications

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years of primary care experience, including adults and pediatrics
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licenses in a minimum of 7 states, including at least 2 from California, Texas, or Florida
• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire
