Multi-State Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the contract Multi-State Nurse Practitioner will provide remote consultations via phone and video, conduct comprehensive health assessments, and develop treatment plans while adhering to state telemedicine regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions for prescriptive and informational purposes
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention

Required qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in at least 15 states
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Medicare enrollment strongly preferred
