Multi-State Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice focused on weight management and metabolic health, the remote Multi-State Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual patient consultations, review health data, and develop treatment plans while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations and evaluations
• Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results to determine medical necessity
• Document clinical encounters and collaborate with care coordinators to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authority
• Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or equivalent
• Licensed in multiple U.S. states, with 30+ state coverage preferred
• Prior telehealth experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health
