Multi-State Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
Providing concierge-level clinical care remotely, the part-time contract Multi-State Nurse Practitioner will review medical histories, conduct telehealth consultations, and prepare accessible radiology reports for Function/Ezra members.
Key responsibilities
- Asynchronously review members' medical histories and conduct telehealth consultations
- Generate medical orders for members' studies based on consultations
- Prepare translated radiology reports that clearly explain results and recommend actionable next steps
Required qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP/FNP)
- Active board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in adult medicine
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced nurse practitioner clinical experience, preferably in independent practice
- Licensure in at least 40 states, including CA, NY, or TX, with preference for compact licensure
- Experience working with patients in a telehealth environment, both synchronous and asynchronously
